The generator can:
- Build skeleton plugin directory structure and source with all defined parameters, complextypes, commands and methods
- Build unit test source with all defined parameters, command methods, and test suite
- Build PLUGIN_CHANGELOG.md with dynamic version and date
- Generate stand-alone complex-types
- Save and Load configurations
